Don Smith is a 1969 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, BSBA. That same year, Don began a successful career in general construction. In 1979, he launched a solo career in home building, specializing in high quality, custom built homes. Today he continues to bring over 30 years of construction experience to each exceptional home he builds.

His experience includes all phases of home building, with floor plans ranging in size up to 8,500 square feet. Don's commitment to creating extraordinary results has provided him opportunities to utilize virtually all building materials available to the home building industry. Don is one of eight builders, as well as a principal developer at North Beech and Alexander Pointe, Greensboro's newest prestigious neighborhoods.
