Mega Builders, LLC spcialized in the construction and development of multi-family projects including conventional apartments, student housing, condominiums, townhouses and light commercial buildings.

Founded in 1999 Mega has developed and built close to 2000 multi-family units. Founders Mike Winstead, Jr. and Joe McKinney Jr. have a commitment to quality, in both location of site and in the construction of product.


Mega Builders are currently involved in building at Brookside at Irving Park, McKinley Park and Pennington.
