Jack was born February 17, 1923, in Greesboro, North Carolina. He graduated from Greensboro High School (Grimsley), attended North Carolina State University for 3.5 years. Jack was a tail gunner on a B-17 serving in World War II. He has been a Realtor for 45 years and a certified appraiser for 12 years.
