Born and raised in Salisbury, NC. Betweeen 1981 and 1983 she worked or a Resort Real Estate company in Charlotte, NC. Laura was married in 1983 and moved to New York City, NC. She worked for Ralph Lauren Womenswear from 1983 until 1987. Laura moved to Greensboro in 1985. She reentered the real estate business in 1996. Laura has two children.
