Sandy works with her daughter, Kirsten Oakes as the team of "Sandy & Kirsten" with combined experience of over 28 years. She is a native of the Triad, after having moved back from living in Fairfax, Virginia. Sandy attended East Carolina University, where she studied Art and Special Education. Sandy also studied nursing, has been a radio announcer for WBFJ Radio and also worked as a legal assistant.

Sandy loves the area and will do her best to help you make an ordinarily stressful time as smooth as possible. She tries to treat each of her customer/clients as she would wish to be treated if she were in their position.
